Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive after placing your order within the United States. Please allow 7-14 days for orders in Canada. If there is a delay for any reason, you will be notified by e-mail or phone.
We prefer to ship using UPS and USPS, however, your order may be shipped by another carrier.
If any items in your package were missing or damaged, please contact customer service within 30 days of the original shipment. Claims made more than 30 days after the shipment will not be granted. Claims made within 30 days will be investigated and approved or denied at our discretion.
International Shipping – Canada
For Canada – Canada Post, UPS or Can Par. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery in Canada, depending on your location.
Tracking Your Package
If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, please login into you online account.
If your address is incorrect and the postal service does not recognize your address as provided, our customer service department will attempt to call or email you for any address adjustments that should be made within 24hours of shipping.
This most often occurs with military APO/FPO boxes or as a result of a missing apartment or suite number. If the address provided is not sufficient and the package is lost or returned, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of $35.00.
Please Note: You must provide a physical address for UPS delivery.
Refund Policy :
We offer a refund on the purchase price (minus shipping) any time within 10 days of your purchase. WE DO REQUIRE the return of unopened product for a full refund. Please allow up to 30 days, or two billing cycles, from the date of request for the Billing Department to process your refund. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded for orders that have left our warehouse. A $35.00 restocking fee will be applied to all orders if canceled.
A Return Pre-Authorization number is necessary for a return to be processed. Please contact Crypto Wallet USA via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to obtain a Pre-Authorization Number. This number must be written on the outside of the box or on your invoice, that is to be sent back to Crypto Wallet USA with the returned product in order for the return to be processed. If a package is returned without a Return Pre-Authorization Number, the information will be documented and the Customer will be required to call and provide further information as to why the package was returned. Unauthorized credits will not be issued when a packaged is returned.
